I'm a proud parent of three, owner of two lovable disobedient hounds, yoga enthusiast, obsessed traveller and life long fundraiser.

Born in Norway, I grew up moving between 12 countries before the age of 11, so exploration and adventure is in my bones. I continue to travel as much as possible with my family.

My biggest adventure recently was learning to surf in my 40's, and my recent biggest achievement earned me a Bravery Award from the Sheriff of London.

I’m a specialist in trusts and foundation fundraising with over 20 years of experience in the sector. My career spans corporate affairs for government agencies, theatre producing for social causes, and senior fundraising roles including Head of Fundraising & Communications and Charity Trustee.

I’m an optimist, passionate about equity, and deeply committed to helping charities succeed. After years of fundraising, I’ve learned to bring positive energy and focus to every partnership - identifying each organisation’s strengths and turning them into compelling storytelling. I thrive on collaboration, I love getting to know new teams, and equally enjoy working independently to deliver results.

As a consultant, I’ve supported organisations with budgets ranging from £250k up to £5m. Together, we develop tailored trust and foundation fundraising strategies, helping charities raise significant funds - to date, over £3m raised and £2m secured in trusts and foundations. For example I have worked with Twins Trust, Help for Heroes, Refugee Council Wales, Cultivate London, and many more.
